Kennedy Middle School Begins Computer Classes to Help Parents

Cathy Junker, a teacher at Kennedy Middle School, began a series of four computer classes Monday night to teach parents some basic computer skills and how to use Skyward, Grand Prairie ISD's online system for parents to stay informed about their student’s attendance, grades, report cards and schedules. Also, with Skyward teachers and parents can communicate directly.

Monday night was the basic computer usage class. This is to be followed by:

January 17 - Skyward - Using the Parent Portal to look at grades and attendance.
January 23 - Internet Homework help for students.
January 30 – Question/answer session.
