City Offers Christmas Tree Recycling

Beginning December 27 through January 13, the City of Grand Prairie is offering residents an opportunity to have their Christmas trees recycled.

Residents can drop your tree off at the following locations:

  • Home Depot Parking Lot: 3850 Carrier Parkway
  • Home Depot Parking Lot: 5280 SH 360
  • Grand Prairie Landfill: 1102 MacArthur Blvd
All trees must have ornaments, stands and plastic bags removed. Artificial trees or trees sprayed with artificial snow cannot be accepted for recycling.

Trees may also be left at curbside on your normal garbage collection day.
