Grand Prairie Opens its New Municipal Airport Terminal
The City of Grand Prairie officially opened its new $1.7 million airport terminal Tuesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
With 6,445 square feet of customer-friendly space, the terminal offers a pilot's lounge, snack bar, along with a spacious lobby, conference room, and offices for airport employees.
Funding for the terminal was provided by the Texas Department of Transportation and the Airport Capital Projects Fund.
