Kids Fishing Day at Mike Lewis Park
Children ages 16 and younger are invited to wet a hook at Kids Fishing Day on October 1, 1-4 p.m. The event will be at Mike Lewis Park Lagoon, 2600 N. Carrier Parkway.
Prizes will be awarded in three age categories:
- 6 years and under
- 7-11 years old
- 12-16 years old, for biggest fish, smallest fish and most fish caught.
Anglers are encouraged to bring their own gear and bait. A limited number of rods and reels will be available.
