Grand Prairie Community Lions Club to Host First Annual Pancake Breakfast

The Grand Prairie Community Lions Club will host its 1st Annual Pancake Breakfast on September 10 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Applebee’s located at 2415 W Interstate 20.

Tickets are $8 each and the breakfast includes three pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes and your choice of coffee, juice or milk. There will be a silent auction, door prizes and a 50/50 drawing.

The public is invited to the breakfast to help the Lions Club raise money for its programs that include work with Grand Prairie ISD at risk students, Adopt-A-Family meal basket program and eye glass assistance program.

The Grand Prairie Community Lions Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month a various locations. The club is made up of local residents and business men and women.
