Drowning Victims’ Bodies Recovered
The bodies of two men missing since Sunday were recovered Thursday morning from Lake Joe Pool by the Grand Prairie Police Lake Patrol Unit.
Tommy Tran, 22, of Carrollton and Choung Tran, 27, of Grand Prairie, were last seen going under the water while swimming near a boat in the area of Estes Point south of Lynn Creek Park.
Members Grand Prairie Police and Fire Departments have conducted daily searches for the bodies since Sunday.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office took possession of the bodies.
