City Council Recognizes Mr. Jackson
Mr. Vernon Jackson, long time resident, civic leader and husband of Deputy Mayor Pro Ruthe Jackson, was given the key to the city at Tuesday night’s City Council Meeting.
Mr. Jackson who recently celebrated his 90th birthday was recognized for his life time of service to the community.
