Saturday night, the Belfast Connection entertained a near packed Uptown Theater with a blend of traditional and original Irish music.

The band, composed of three great musicians, Frank Reed, Joe Hughes and former Grand Prairie resident Lain Walker, gave an energetic performance that told a musical story of Ireland and its people. The band played a combination of well-known, rollicking Irish pub songs to reflective ballads.
