Police arrest suspect in nightclub fight death
Grand Prairie Police announced it arrested a suspect in connection with the death of Orlando Salazar who died of head injuries after a fight Saturday morning at the El Torro Loco Club, 2515 West Jefferson.
Detective John Brimmer, police spokesman, said Jose Abel Navarro, 27, of Grand Prairie was arrested and charged with Manslaughter. Navarro is currently in jail with bond set at $150,000.
Dallas County court records show Navarro was sentenced in December 2001 to serve 10 years probation on an Intoxication Manslaughter conviction.
