AirHogs beat the Cats

Grand Prairie RF Aaron Garza cleared the bases with a three-run double as part of a four-run second inning, and the AirHogs held off Fort Worth 4-1.

Garza had three hits on the night and paced the offense in support of starter Matt Green, who picked up the win by pitching 5.2 innings and allowing just one run.

The bullpen tossed 3.1 innings of hitless baseball and closer Geivy Garcia scored his fifth save.

Grand Prairie managed to win its third straight despite not getting a hit from either 2B David Espinosa or CF Greg Porter, who are each hitting over .400 on the season.
