Programs help lower utility bills

Dallas County offers a free Weatherization Assistance Program for qualifying people in Grand Prairie to help lower their utility bills

The program can help you with insulation, weather stripping, caulking, repair or replacement of inefficient appliances, doors, windows and minor energy-related repairs. If you make less than the incomes in this chart, you may qualify:
