R/C helicopters land at Jim Fulton Field
Pilots from around the state brought their radio controlled helicopters to Grand Prairie’s Jim Fulton Field, home of the Golden Triangle R/C Club, for the 2nd Annual Heli Blaze, a three day fun flying meet.
Helicopters of all sizes and colors were flown by pilots ranging from beginning flyers to some of the top rated pilots in the country testing their flying skills with maneuvers from basic hovering to complex freestyle aerobatics.
