Win a pool party
Want to beat the summer heat? How about a pool party at the Kirby Creek Natatorium?
Lend a Helping Hand director Lanny Ford said the organization dedicated to helping the needy is selling raffle tickets for a free 1-6 p.m. pool party for forty at the Kirby Creek Natatorium for a date set by the winner.
The drawing will be held July 12 at 6:00 p.m. at the natatorium and you do not have to present to win. Also anyone with a raffle ticket can redeem it on July 12 at the natatorium for a free hot dog, drink and chips.
The $5 raffle tickets can be purchased at the Kirby Creek Natatorium through July 12 or by contacting Lanny Ford at 214-235-0255.
Lend a Helping Hand is also holding a free car wash July 19 from 1-5 p.m. at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 4729 S. Carrier Parkway. Donations at the car wash help fund Lend a Helping Hand.
