Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH Signs with Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie
Prime Retail announced today Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH will open a 28,000 square foot anchor store location at its newest center, Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie. The $100 million development is expected to open to shoppers for the 2009 holiday season.
Featuring approximately 120 outlet stores and a gross leasable area of 485,000 square feet, Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie will be located on Interstate 20 at the intersection of State Highway 360.
