Neiman Marcus Last Call is first anchor to sign on at Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie

Prime Retail announced today Neiman Marcus Last Call will open a 28,000 square foot location at its newest center, Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie.

"Prime Outlets' shoppers not only desire great style, but leading designer and brand-name fashions," said Senior Vice President of Marketing Karen Fluharty. "We are delighted to welcome Neiman Marcus Last Call as a key retailer in our line-up of designer names."

With construction of Prime Retail's new $100 million, 485,000 square foot outlet center scheduled to begin in the fall of 2008.  Its grand opening is expected to take place for the 2009 holiday shopping season.

"Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie is well-positioned to become one of the region's most popular shopping destinations for local consumers and the region's growing tourist base," said Gayle Tremblay, Vice President, Clearance Division, Neiman Marcus. "We are very happy to sign on with Prime Retail and become part of its Grand Prairie team of merchants."

The outlet center will be located on Interstate 20 near the intersection of State Highway 360. Upon its completion Prime Outlets - Grand Prairie will feature approximately 120 outlet store locations and an on-site food court.
