Name that mascot
Want free tickets to an AirHogs ball game? How about throwing out a ceremonial first pitch? If this sounds good, all you have to do is come up with the winning name for the official AirHogs’ mascot.
The AirHogs announced that like the team name contest, fans will now have the opportunity to put a name to the team’s mascot, a hog complete with pilot’s uniform and goggles.
The person that suggests the best name will win four tickets to an AirHogs ball game and have the opportunity to throw out a first pitch.
All entries should include a potential name for the mascot along with the reason why the name is a perfect fit. Entries should be sent via e-mail to Alan Barr, Media Relations Manager, at abarr@airhogsbaseball.com with “AirHogs Mascot Contest” in the subject line. Fans have until 3:00 p.m., April 22 to submit their entry.
