Lone Star Park opens their 2008 thoroughbred season

Lone Star Park opened their spring thoroughbred season Thursday night with over 8,000 attending.

The races began with Grand Prairie’s own Norma Valles singing “God Bless America” and the “National Anthem”.  Brandon Leigh from Duncanville sounded the trumpet to start the races.
