An accident Thursday morning put a car into the soon to open Jambu Juice located at 3040 W. Camp Wisdom.

According to a Jamba Juice employee, Jimmy Story, the car was east bound through the strip center parking lot coming from the area of the Starbucks.  It sideswiped another vehicle, veered towards the store, jumped over the curb, and crashed through the store’s glass front.

Story said that he along with some construction workers was inside the store at the time of the accident.  He said fortunately no one inside was near the glass front so there were no injuries.

Although the unidentified female driver and passenger were shaken, Story said they did not appear to be injured.

“The store was supposed to open on the first [February 1], looks like that will be pushed back,” Story said.
