New owner for Royal Oaks Manor apartments
Hendricks & Partners announced the sale of the Royal Oaks Manor apartments, 602 West Pioneer Parkway to Manor Redevelopment of Addison.
Peter Hartnett negotiated the $5 million transaction of the 276 unit apartment complex that is comprised of 39 two-story buildings covering approximately 15 acres.
Hartnett said Manor Redevelopment has an outstanding record of renovating and managing apartment complexes.
Recently Royal Oaks Manor has had an occupancy rate as low as forty-percent he said.
