Apartment complex sold

Sequoia Real Estate Holding, LP of Northglenn, Co recently purchased the Forum at Grand Prairie Apartments for $25 million. 

The year old, 304 unit complex occupies about 20 acres at 2650 E. Forum Drive.

Sequoia has a Dallas office with a management team to oversee the five apartment complexes it owns in the Dallas area.
